Janelle and Aristotle Karas started their real estate auction careers in June of 2002.  They were the fourth franchisee in the PAX network.  They have achieved tremendous success with their previous auction franchise earning awards for Most Number of Auctions, Highest Auction Sales Price, and Franchisee of the Year.  Janelle and Aristotle have since started their own company, AJ Karas Auctioneers, bringing innovation and vision to the real estate auction industry.

Aristotle is the managing broker for their company and has held his Real Estate license since 1999.  He is licensed in numerous states.  He has been involved with networking and promoting the auction industry and procuring auction clients. Aristotle also carries the designation Certified Estate Specialist (CES), Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate (AARE), and is in the process of obtaining his Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), which is the highest designation in the auction industry. The National Association of Auctioneers grants these designations.

Janelle Karas started her Real Estate career in 1990.  She has experience in "list and sell" Real Estate, mortgages, development, and investing.  Janelle has spent the last 4.5 years working exclusively in the Real Estate Auction field. She holds her brokers license in both Colorado and New Mexico.  Janelle handles the operations and development of their company as well as supporting and training new associates.

Janelle and Aristotle are active members in their State and National Auctioneers Associations.  Janelle is a board member of the Colorado Auctioneers Association. They are in the process of acquiring several accreditations and continue to take courses to further educate themselves about Real Estate Auctions.  They have both attended The College of World Champion Auctioneers in 2003 and oversee all their Real Estate Auctions.  They are also very active in local and state charity auctions.
